From a Local Vision to a Community Movement
Shramik Janata Vikas Sanstha began with a simple belief: sustainable change becomes possible when communities understand their strengths and participate in shaping their own future.
1995
A Stronger Foundation
The organization was formally registered and expanded its work through women’s self-help groups, farmers’ cooperatives and tribal community institutions.
2005
Expansion & Empowerment
Legal awareness, women’s livelihoods, sustainable agriculture and tribal development initiatives extended the movement into Thane and Raigad districts.
TODAY
Holistic Rural Development
The journey continues through community leadership, livelihood development, health, natural-resource rights and the welfare of working animals.

Mr. Aadinath Ombale
A deep understanding of the social and economic challenges faced by rural families inspired Mr. Aadinath Ombale to turn concern into organized community action.
Real development begins when people recognize their own strength, participate in decisions and build solutions together.
In 1987, he brought together local youth from the Jaoli and Mahabaleshwar blocks and established Shramik Janata Vikas Sanstha. The early work started across 22 villages, supporting marginalized families through confidence building, agriculture, dairy development and access to government welfare schemes.
